There are moments in life when we must stop to reflect.

WE GO FAST IN
OUR DAY TO DAY

and we take for granted the marvels that we have. I received from a friend Steve Job’s last words and they got me thinking. I share with you a few lines:

As we grow older, and hence wiser, we slowly realize that wearing a $300 or $30 watch does not matter: they both tell the same time(...) Likewise, whether we fly first or economy class, if the plane goes down, we go down with it. You will realize that true happiness does not come from material things of this world. Therefore, I hope you realize, when you have mates, buddies, brothers or sisters, who you chat with, laugh with, sing with, talk about the north, south, east or west, heaven and earth...that is true happiness.

We all lose perspective at some point - luckily, not for long- that is why I don't want to stop talking about “relevance”. Friends will always be relevant, sometimes more than others, only depending on their state of mind, nothing else; always taking care that they are all right.

Sometimes life is not easy and suddenly it may fuck us; but it is part of the road, and it is what keeps us on duty...alive. I am 75 years old, the magic age, because it is when I lost my inhibitions and learned to give a damn about everything. Now, I always look for the perfect time to live and I know for certain that it is the present. It is today, it is this moment.
